"I was recommended to go here by my aunt about a big problem with my teeth. They were able to get me in to start the process of fixing them just a week after I had my first appointment. They've done an amazing job and everyone there is very considerate, incredibly nice, and helpful but still at the same time professional and knowledgable. Walther Dental is by far the best dental facility I have ever been to with both care and staff, and it's nice to see that they all seem to be close knit and that they like to keep things light and poke fun at each other every now and again. It helps keep the environment and atmosphere of it all almost feel homey and family like. "Newell Walther and his team are outstanding in every sense of the word. The front desk was wonderful to communicate with by phone. She was friendly, cheerful and so down to earth. When I arrived there she greeted me by name and with a genuine smile. (My visit was very long overdue. I was nervous at first and she made me feel at ease). The dental assistant was equally friendly and cheerful and took the time to get to know me a bit while still efficiently mutli-tasking. I got to know her a bit too! The dental hygienist was last to see me and she took the time to explain what she was doing and also took time while multi-tasking to get to know me and tell me a bit about herself. She was very conscientious about my comfort thoughout my cleaning and all the procedures involved. Pain?...none! I was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely loved my visit there and highly encourage any anxious dental patients to give them a visit. They'll take excellent care of you! Pssst...they have tv to get your mind of of things if you want. I preferred not to, but in my next visit I'll have dental work done, so I'm glad I have that option. Kudos to a people- loving team of dental professionals! I left that office feeling like going to the dentist is really a positive experience with the right dental crew!"
"Walther dental does a great job charging insurance and explaining costs. The staff is very friendly and answers any questions with a smile. Dr. Walther is knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. They have TV's on the ceiling to help distract you, headphones are provided. They also have monthly drawings for patients under good circumstances and offer soft serve ice cream. I could not have chosen a better dental office to meet my teeths needs. Highly recommend!"
